While we embrace technology to improve efficiency, we do not rely solely on AI to recruit people. Care is a people-focused profession, and we believe every candidate deserves a personal conversation. Every individual recommended by Vitora Care is professionally interviewed and assessed by one of our Recruitment Consultants to ensure they possess not only the right experience, but also the compassion, communication skills and values required to succeed in a care environment. Technology helps us work smarter, but people make the difference.
